Conference on trace gas exchanges and ocean-land interactions Published 22.09.2011

Greenland Climate Research Centre has 19-22 September acted as host of a mini conference on high latitude trace gas exchanges and the role of ocean-land interactions. It was arranged in fulfillment of requirements in an EU research training network called GREENCYCLES II but also with support of the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) and as part of the Nordic Centre of Excellence, DEFROST, under the Nordic Top-level Research Initiative.
The conference had 25 participants from ten different countries and it is marking the onset of a process that should lead to a major international review of the scientific topic addressed.
